Beta Ionone Violet Natural Isolate

Beta ionone possesses the scent of violets and is long lasting.  Its aroma is that of violet flowers with a powdery, raspberry, orris note.  We find beta ionone has more depth and woodiness than alpha ionone.  If you are looking to create a violet accord, we recommend using both alpha and beta ionone with the addition of mimosa and jasmine.
