Bergamot is a green citrus fruit whose fragrant peel has been used for perfumery for centuries.  Our Italian bergamot oil is a cold pressed distillation and bergapten free possessing a fresh green sophisticated citrus aroma with backnotes of pink pepper.  Bergamot is indispensable to perfumery and the most widely used of all citrus oils.
