Focus on Fruit: Creating Fruity Floral Natural Perfumes Class: ONLINE OCTOBER 28th, 2023

Fruity florals are one of the most popular fragrance categories on the market right now, and it's easier than you might think to create all natural fruity floral or fruit forward scents! Taught by Charna Ethier, the owner and perfumer of Providence Perfume Co., this new online class will first explore natural fruit essences used in fragrance formulation, discussing the compounded essences, isolates, essential oils, tinctures and absolutes available to natural perfumers. In addition, we will also discuss the distinguishing characteristics of these materials, such as why we might choose to use one particular essence over another for a specific effect, which natural fruit essences pair best with which florals, and which ingredients highlight fruity notes in fragrances. Students will then receive hands-on guidance on crafting fruity floral and/or fruit forward fragrances by creating four mods using the 16 essences included in the course materials kit. 

Your course materials kit is valued at over $150.00 and included in the price of the course. Materials will be mailed to students prior to class date. The materials kit contains the following sixteen botanical essences in 4 ml. vials:

Please note all classes are non refundable and non transferable. Students must have access to a free zoom account prior to class to participate. Students must have 3 ounces of perfumers alcohol (ethanol) for class activities, as well as a small 30-50 ml. size beaker as these are the only components of class that are not provided.
