Providence Perfume Co.'s brick and mortar shop located at 301 Wickenden Street, Providence RI is finally open! It's been a whirlwind few months of construction and stress, but it's all worth it now that we have our new beautiful airy space to move into. We celebrated our opening with a party full of friends, family, fans and neighbors.
And speaking of neighbors, we love our new neighborhood and all the wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and artsy pottery and gift shops that flank our store. We've made fast friends with the exceptional flower shop across the street where we found all sorts of exotic fragrant flowers including boronia. Yes, BORONIA. We are thrilled.
Our custom perfume bar has been popular and we enjoy introducing people to authentic, high quality essences. Many people have never smelled real rose or vetiver and we rejoice introducing them to these friends of ours.
Our new shop has plenty of space for retail and instruction. We have installed a classroom studio space with table, perfumers organ, books, labware and rare essences available. It's a scentophile's dream! Need an excuse to visit us in Rhode Island? New summer perfumery classes are posted HERE.
